Dog chases child, dad shows up with long gun threatening to shoot dog and owner

A dog allegedly chased a neighbor's child. Now the father of the chased child is reportedly outside of the dog owner's residence with a long gun, threatening to shoot that person and that dog. Not sure of the location, possibly Byron.
