The Batavia Business Improvement District (BID) would like to invite the community to take part and enjoy the downtown’s annual Christmas in the City celebration from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4.
Activities include:
Photos with Santa at GO ART!
Stores & restaurants offering specials and entertainment
Horse & wagon rides for $1 on Center Street
Free shuttle rides by RTS from the Save-a-Lot parking lot to the Holland Land Office Museum’s Wonderland of Trees exhibit
Santa’s workshop by The Home Depot at 109 Main St.
Free yogurt samples by Alpina at 200 E. Main St.
The Batavia Concert Band in the Batavia City Centre from 6-6:45 p.m.
The Holiday Parade at 7 p.m. on Main Street from City Hall down to Bank Street. Wear blue, white or gold and walk in the parade!
The event will also include the City of Batavia’s Centennial closing ceremonies, which ends with fireworks after the Christmas in the City Holiday parade.
