The Museum Quilt Guild of Batavia will meet from 9:30 a.m. to noon on Saturday, June 20th, in the auditorium of the VA Medical Center, 222 Richmond Ave.
The guest speaker will be Molly Waddell who is a National Quilting Association Certified Judge from Sherrill, NY. Molly is an award winning quilter who has been published in multiple quilting magazines, such as "Quilting Quarterly" and "Fons and Porter Love of Quilting." As a Master Quilt Judge, Molly Waddell will share the knowledge she has acquired on judging quilts in her presentation, "What the Judges Look For." Molly will give constructive comments on how to improve workmanship and artistry in quilting. She will encourage quilters to stretch their creativity.
There will be a short business meeting followed by a members' "show and tell" of finished projects.
