Punking Jane Corwin, Langworthy et al: PRICELESS
He could have worn his
He could have worn his Teabagger Suit and changed nothing about his appearance and it still would have worked. No one in the Corwin camp has ever made eye contact with him. Ignoring someone is one thing but you should at least take the time to look and see what the person you are ignoring looks like. The Republican spin is that Jane may lose because of a three way race. I think she'll lose because it is a four way race and she chose to ignore it because her handlers told her to. Two percent of the vote can totally change the game. I'm betting he gets 3%. And I'll take it a step further and bet that Jeff Allen and Joanne Rock each get four to twenty votes, if my people turn out.
This is just another instance
This is just another instance that proves Nick Langworty's incompetence. I don't care if you don't take an opponent seriously, but you should at least know what he looks like.

Chris, I could see his sufficiently altered appearance even fooling you.
But his BS bio got past "screeners" -- if there are any. What about vetting and vouching your volunteers?
A 30-second internet search could have verified there is no Steve Smith matching his bio info.

Howard, you are presuming a
Howard, you are presuming a great deal of professionalism on the part of some pretty self-righteous political hacks. I'm sure that Nick Langworthy has sufficient disregard for the people of WNY, he would fashion a candidate out of goat dung and road-kill, attach its name to row B- just to validate his ego. ...Well, I didn't suggest he'd throw a blond wig on it!

I voted first thing this morning with my husband. Just now got out of the shower and I still feel dirty.
I have voted consistently since my 18th birthday and will continue to do so. I refuse to give up that right and responsibility despite the best efforts of the major parties.
Fat lot of good it does. Anyone truly worth voting for never seems to stand a chance.
This race is being watched
This race is being watched all over the country. The Republican Party has nearly self imploded with their attack on seniors.
MSNBC has been reporting on it every night. Rachel Maddow's show starts at 9:00 PM and she plans live coverage.
This is no small matter, people. Get out and VOTE!

Gunsmoke was great. It had interesting characters, like Doc and Festus, and pretty Miss Kitty, and I enjoyed it. I think The Big Valley was OK and there was Cimmeron, but I don't remember much about it. Bonanza was good, but I always thought all those grown brothers living at home with Pa and Hop Sing was not believable - and I was a kid! My second favorite was Rifleman starring Chuck Connors. You didn't mess with Chuck. The opening wherein he walks down the middle of the town shooting his special rifle was always cool. What kind of weapon was it?

Also, I was always more of a western movie guy than TV shows. I liked old John Wayne movies when I was a kid. If one came on during the day during the summer or on Saturdays, I always watched it.
My favorite western has always been The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, followed by True Grit and High Noon.

The Rifleman was my favorite when I was a kid. The rifle was a Winchester that Lucas had modified the trigger. Later I liked Branded also with Chuck Connors. Bonanza and Gunsmoke were also great.
