Debbie Kerr-Rosenbeck, who served for 25 years as executive director Genesee County Youth Bureau, was honored by the Batavia City Council on Monday night for her service to local youth. Over the past year, Kerr-Rosenbeck supervised the county department taking over management the city's youth program.
