Total profits for the county aren't available yet, according to Treasurer Scott German. He said the interest on back taxes need to be calculated out of what was owed in order to arrive at the final profit number. Those calculations haven't been done yet.
Gee... the City Property
Gee... the City Property Auctions are getting waaay less amounts. Could it be all the concocted rules, false accusations, and certain Council members trying to feed properties off to those they favor??? It's all costing City taxpayers thousands and thousands of dollars in lost revenues and taxes. Glad to see our County officials are sensible and looking out for all.
Just wondering...what happens
Just wondering...what happens to the net proceeds after the back taxes are paid.
By my calculations the net proceeds are nearly $200,000.
Does that go into the county's general fund?
