Skyler Hampton works intently on his animated character "The Boxer" during an animation workshop this morning at GO ART!
Youngsters 9 to 12 years old are being shown the foundations of animation by Dave Puls, creative director for Animatus Studios in Rochester over the course of a three-day workshop.

Three of the students in the photos are lefties like me. I find that interesting.

I think its been a long accepted fact that lefties are of a much more creative mind...
Lotsa lefty's, as everyone
Lotsa lefty's, as everyone knows, we are the only ones in our right minds!
I've always been taught that
I've always been taught that left-handers are right brain controlled and the right side is the creative side while right handers are controlled by the analytical left side of the brain. I happen to be bi-handual, I write left-handed and do everything else right handed...likely a freak of nature....or just a freak.
I happen to be bi-handual
I happen to be bi-handual too, but that's a whole different story!
I'm right handed, but very
I'm right handed, but very often use my left hand for lots of things. South Paws run in my family. Back in the day, students weren't allowed to write with their left hand (well, discouraged to.) How frustrating that must have been for those kids.
When I read the Penny Saver, or a magazine, I always read from the back to the front. Transverse my numbers ALL the time. Only numbers, not letters. A constant struggle!
Until reading this thread I
Until reading this thread I didn't know the word "bihandual" existed. I had only used the word "ambidextrous." Because we live in a right-handed world for the most part, left-handed people often learn to do some tasks with their right hand. I iron clothes (rarely!) with my right hand and bowl (also rarely!) with my right-hand. My mother grew up in North Carolina and at school wasn't allowed to use her right hand to write. I think there's some baggage there. I have tried writing with my right hand and find it very difficult to do and the results are not pretty. I do however like to think of myself as a creative person, therefore I am!
Might save that story for
Might save that story for next fishing trip :>) Or quite possibly you are referring to 12oz arm curls, well! that also fits right in with fishing.
