I don't think you need tougher laws against bullying. A few kids just need to unite early on and kick some stupid Hillbully ass. It worked in the Pembroke School District. Together we stand, divided we fall. Stand together and tall and kick some Hillbully ass, twenty to one. It will stop without any violence at all. "Walk Hard" like Dewey Cox.
