Bicyclist suffers arm injury after hit by car on Vine Street

A car reportedly hit a bicyclist in the area of 232 Vine St., Batavia, but the rider is "up and around" and complaining only of an arm injury.

City fire and Mercy EMS dispatched non-emergency.
