Dog locked in silver Toyota with windows up at Walmart, garden entrance

A small dog is reportedly locked inside a silver Toyota and all the windows are closed. The vehicle is near the garden entrance of Walmart.

UPDATE 2:54 p.m.: Law enforcement was unable to locate the vehicle -- "gone upon arrival."
