I make smoothies every morning for myself and Mary. Ingredients are as follows: BROCCOLI, spinach, kale, 2 containers of activia, mixed fruit, mixed berries, 2 ladles of blueberries, 2 handful of mixed nuts, sometimes mixed veggies, all mixed with half apple juice/cider and half water. It all goes into the Oster blender until smoooooth. My friend Tony Cristaldi says it looks like unicorn puke.
