By Howard B. Owens

EXACTLY my point in my earlier post on this topic.

Ranzenhofer couldn't even keep a straight face during the "debate". Jeezus....we're paying for this idiocy?!?!

I,m Sorry ....... BUT!

Stewart is a CLOWN!

Ranzenhoffer paid a great service to this community by show the 4th graders what due process is in the New York State Senate is all about. I love that he allowed them to work through this and he execute. Hopefully he has fostered in some young people that will actually pay close attention to our political process. Even if it is just one little one, its about 100% more than we have now.

AWESOME!

It does point out how out of whack our state is....This ought to get the yogurt industry in New York a few more tax breaks...I'm sure this will be in the next Ranzenhofer mailer..Just got one yesterday telling me how hard he is working for me...

Aside from Byron-Bergen being my alma mater and aside from the potential sense of political empowerment that might arise within the ranks of fourth graders who initiated this legislation... Aside from the variety of New York snacks that vie for designation, official state snack; aside from the value of a litany of official bird (Eastern Bluebird), tree (Sugar Maple), muffin (Apple Muffin), vegetable (pending), song ("I Love New York"), fruit (Apple), colors (Blue & Gold), animal (Beaver), freshwater fish (Brook Trout), saltwater fish (Striped Bass), beverage (Milk), flower (Rose), bush (Lilac), insect (Ladybug), reptile (Snapping Turtle), fossil (Horseshoe Crab), shellfish (Scallop), gem (Garnet)... What happened to the battle between Buffalo Wings and Beef on Weck?

They spent more time debating making yogurt the state snack then they spent debating the SAFE Act. Kind of shows you what type of fools we have in the state senate. The 4th graders at Byron-Bergen just got a magnificent lesson on what happens when you elect fools.

I have never watched this Stewart show.. but he knocks it out of the park here!

I had heard about this BS episode on the internet, and the main issue that pissed me off was the fact that these idiots spent more time arguing this Yogurt Bill than they did the SAFE Act... WTF!

How childishly incompetent do our legislators need to become before WE THE PEOPLE REPLACE THEM ALL?!!!!!
