Male reportedly shooting gun into Oatka Creek, Le Roy, law enforcement is responding

A caller reports "a black male is shooting a gun into the water" -- Oatka Creek -- "on Mill Street near the school," which a dispatcher says does not make sense. The incident location is possibly near Pleasant Street (and Mill Street) in Le Roy. Law enforcement is responding.
