He was born September 1, 1987 in Batavia, NY, a son of Joseph and Jean Graff Zajaczkowski of Alexander.
Jeff was a graduate of Alexander Central High School and enjoyed the yearly Alexander Tractor Pulls. He was also an avid John Deere Tractor Collector. Jeff will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Surviving besides his parents are his sisters, JoAnn Zajaczkowski of Alexander, Jessica Zajaczkowski of Alexander and Janet (Joe Bezczynski IV) Zajaczkowski of Oakfield. Brother, Joel (Rachel) Zajaczkowski of Rochester. Nieces and nephew, James, Abigail and Destiny Bezczynski and Samyah. Also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was the brother of the late James Zajaczkowski. Grandson of the late Matthew and Margaret Zajaczkowski and Harold and Mabel Graff.
The family wishes to thank the Unity Living Center at St. Mary’s Campus for the wonderful care and friendships that was shown to Jeffrey and his family.
Family and friends are cordially invited to share thoughts, condolences and fond memories on Tuesday (March 14th) from 4-7pm at the J. LEONARD McANDREW FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2 Bogue Ave., Batavia, where a funeral service will commence at the conclusion of visitation at 7pm.
Jeff will be laid to rest next to his brother in Forest Hill Cemetery.
