Pavilion ~ Richard “Mike” Whalen, age 74, of York Road, passed away early Saturday morning (April 22, 2023) at Strong Memorial Hospital.

    

He was born July 30, 1948 in Batavia, a son of the late Richard and Myrtle Heissenbuttle Whalen.

     Following his graduation from Pavilion Central School in 1966, Mike worked for twenty years at Trojan Industries in Batavia until their closing.  Following that, he was employed as a Heavy Equipment Salesman at George & Swede in Pavilion before working as a Parts Manager for L.B. Smith in Buffalo, where he was Parts Manager of the Year in 2001. He returned to George & Swede to become part owner in 2007 and retired from there in 2014.  Mike had many business associates who became very close friends.

     Mike leaves his wife, Sandra (Kingsley) of 56 years, as well as a sister, Jackie Lapp of Warsaw and two sons, Andrew (Jane) of Peoria, AZ and Mark (Gail) of Attica.  He also leaves four very dear grandchildren; Mikayla, Michael, Emma and Max Whalen. He leaves a sister-in-law, Cheri (Bill) Pitcher of Batavia and four brothers-in-law, Craig, Douglas and Dennis Kingsley and Gordon Davis, all of Pavilion, as well as sisters-in-law, Sue and Carol Kingsley. He was very close to and proud of his many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Richard and Myrtle Whalen, Mike was predeceased by his son, Robert and his sisters, Mary Alice (Edward) Rogers, Patricia (Charles) Davis and Loretta “Ret” Davis.

     Mike loved to play cards in his younger days and in recent years he was an avid reader.  He was a lifelong member of Mary Immaculate Parish in Pavilion. He bowled, he golfed, he laughed, he loved.  He had a great work ethic which he passed on to his sons and grandchildren.  Mike was kind, thoughtful and known for his generosity.  He also had a great memory and could be relied on to remember names, places and events.

     Family and friends may call on Thursday, April 27 from 3 ~ 7 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake St. Rd. (Rt. 19), LeRoy.  His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, April 28 at 10:00 AM at Mary Immaculate Parish, St. Mary’s Church, 11095 St. Mary’s Street, Pavilion, NY.  Interment will immediately follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

  Marguerite “Mickey” Lachnicht, 89, of Batavia, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones, including her dog Frankie, on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at United Memorial Medical Center. She was born June 24, 1933 in Batavia, to the late Joseph and Josephine (Lamendola) Panepento. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank Lachnicht, son-in-law, William Fickel, brother, Charles “Sonny” Panepento and sister, Patricia Bermingham.

Marguerite was a Registered Nurse for many years. She was a longtime member of Resurrection Parish, a dog lover and a fanatic Buffalo Bills Fan. Mickey enjoyed doing anything with her hands from crafts, crocheting and knitting to gardening and cooking. She will be remembered as feisty, quick witted and strong.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Fickel of Batavia, Michael (Kathryn McBride) Lachnicht of Batavia, siblings, Rose (Richard) Wright of LeRoy and Mary Jane (Gary) Kiefer of Batavia, granddaughter, Catie Boerschlein of Batavia, along with nieces and nephews.

Friends are invited to call on Thursday, April 27, 2023 from 11am to 12 Noon at Resurrection Parish, 303 East Main Street, Batavia, NY, 14020. A 12:00 Noon Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at the church. She will be laid to rest at St. Joseph’s Mausoleum, Batavia.

Kenneth E. Hay, 75, of The Villages, FL (formally of Batavia, NY and Ogunquit, ME) passed away peacefully on February 28, 2023.   Ken, as he was known to his friends and family, was born on January, 26, 1948 in Bergen, NY to the late Herbert and Eleanor Hay.  After graduating from Bergen High School he attended The State University of New York at Fredonia for Music and, after graduation, began his career as a high school band instructor. 

Ken, was honored to pass on his love of music to so many youth throughout  his 35 year career as an educator and is adored by thousands of students he taught over his 35 year career .   After his retirement from education, Ken was not done with his musical life.  Upon moving to The Villages he was  the conductor of The Villages  Orchestra for several years and also played the clarinet in The Bands of The Villages.

In addition to music, Ken was also an avid fan of the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills and rarely missed a game of either team.  He enjoyed socializing through the many avenues offered in the Villages, including The AED Club, of which he was a founding member.  He looked forward to joining his daily “Coffee Club” at Panera at Lake Sumter Landing to start each day.  He also was an avid fisherman and spent many days out on the water.

Ken, a loving and devoted husband and father, is survived by his wife of 53 years, Melinda (Worden); his daughter Meagan (Matt) Buckley of Batavia, NY.   Ken is predeceased by his sister Carol and survived by her husband, Gary Zimmer, of Brockport, NY and their children Cathy Schillaci (Zimmer)  and Brian Zimmer. 

Ken will be dearly missed by his family, friends, students and countless people who were impacted by him throughout his life. 

A celebration of life will be held at 1PM on April 29th, 2023 at The First Presbyterian Church in Batavia, NY; 300 East Main Street.  In lieu of flowers or gifts, a donation in Ken’s name can be made to The First Presbyterian Church in Batavia, NY or directly to the family to help in the establishment of an annual scholarship fund for a Batavia High School graduate pursuing a music related career (c/o Melinda Hay, 1701 Lakewood Drive, The Villages, FL, 32162)

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Eric Helmut Fueglein announce his passing on Friday, April 21, 2023, at the age of 87.

He was born October 28, 1935 in Schweinfurt, Germany and traveled to Batavia with his wife in 1955.  He served in the National Guard while also working as a plant engineer at Chapin Manufacturing Inc, where he eventually retired after 42 years.

Eric’s hobbies included wood working, bird watching, and photography. He will be fondly remembered as a very patient, meticulous, and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, co-worker, and friend.

Eric is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Gisela Fueglein, and his daughter Tamy (Mark) Butcher. He will be deeply missed and remembered as the best Opi to Aimee (Adam) Snyder and Kimberlee (Brian) Carpenter and to five great-grandchildren (Ava, Colin, Evan, Owen, and Camden).

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with entombment in St. Joseph’s Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Humane Society of Genesee County (Geneseehumane.org).

Maurice Harrison, 93, a lifelong resident of Batavia, passed away on March 6, 2023 at the Atkinson Home in Newbury, Vermont, where he had been residing for the past year.

He is survived by his children, Vicki Currier (Jay Fisher) of Batavia, and Marvin Harrison (Louise) of Newbury, Vermont; grandson, Reed (Annie); and great-grandchildren, Maggie and Chase in Portland, Oregon. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

He was predeceased by his wife, Marian, in 2019; his sister, Arlene Slivinski; son-in-law, Bud Currier; and his parents, Benjamin and Mildred.

With stints at Rogers Dairy, Sealtest Ice Cream, Dairylea, and Genesee Community College, Morie enjoyed working close to home and with interesting teams of colleagues.

Morie was a longtime member of Godfrey's Pond and the Emmanuel Baptist Church. He was a Town of Batavia volunteer firefighter, devoting many years to service of the community and those organizations on their boards and committees.

He enjoyed cars and trucks, grounds keeping (no dandelion was safe in his reach) and general puttering to keep things neat and tidy, wherever he set foot. He noticed and was quick to comment on any place that was less than his opinion of 'neat and tidy.'

An informal celebration of life with refreshments will be held Saturday (April 29, 2023) at 2:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Emmanuel Baptist Church, 190 Oak Street in Batavia. Stories from Morie's past will be welcomed! Memorial gifts may be sent to the Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Dennis A. Yaple. With much sorrow, we announce the passing of Dennis A. Yaple, a hardworking, quiet, family man, who left us on April 19, 2023, from a broken heart after his beloved wife, Diane, passed away in 2021.

Born on January 31, 1948, in Buffalo NY, he was known for his work ethic and love for his family.  Dennis enjoyed simple pleasures, like a cold beer at any time of day. For the past 25 years, he cherished his Wednesday afternoon visits to the VFW Beachhead with his son-in-law, Kevin.

He is survived by his loving children Denise (Andrew) Young, Danielle (Kevin) Riggs, Lynette (Dan) Beaumont; adoring grandchildren Branden, Jacob, Alix, Nick, Lauren, Macie, Gavin, Andrew, and Joie; brother Lynn (Kathy) Yaple; mother-in-law Rita Amend; sister-in-law Kathy (Volker) Schaal; brother-in-law Karl (Roxanne) Amend; and several nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by his wife and sister Sandy Baker, Dennis's memory lives on through his loved ones.

Robert V. Call, Jr. “Bob” 96 of Oakfield, born to Robert V. Call and Lucille Hale Call on August 14, 1926, died peacefully at his residence on April 15^th, 2023. Bob was predeceased by his first wife, Lorinda “Rindy” Terry Call, sons, Robert Call III and baby boy Call, daughter, Patricia Riner, sisters and brothers-in-law, Marie (Elting) Wells, Evelyn (Harland) Brumsted, Elizabeth (Theodore) Kingsley, and brother, Richard “Dick” Call.

Bob was raised on the family farm on Lewiston Road in Batavia and was a 1944 graduate of Batavia High School. He served in the U.S. Navy as an Aircraft Technician working as a specialist in avionics. He then attended Cornell University’s College of Agriculture earning a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 1950. In 1980, Bob completed the Small Business Company Management Program at Harvard University Business School.

Bob, followed by his younger brother Dick, returned home to the family farm after graduating from Cornell. The two of them partnered together to buy the farm from their dad and incorporated Robert V. Call & Sons into My-T Acres, Inc., and Call Farms, Inc. in the late 1950’s.

Active in many agricultural, community and religious organizations, Bob’s generosity served many organizations well, not only financially, but also with his continued volunteering efforts. Bob was an active member of Farm Foundation and was a life member of the Cornell University Council.  He served as President of the NYS Vegetable Growers Association, President of Genesee County Farm Bureau, Chairman of the NY Council of Agricultural Organizations, and was founder of the NYS Vegetable Research Committee for Processing Vegetables at Cornell University. Bob also served as a director and Chairman for Farm Credit Bank of Springfield MA for 14 years as well as director of Farm Credit Council in Denver, CO. His visionary eye in rural land utilization was recognized when NYS Governor Nelson Rockefeller tapped Bob to be an original member on the Governor’s Commission on Preservation of Agricultural Lands that resulted in the formation of Agricultural Districts and Agricultural Use Farm Assessments.

Bob married “Rindy” in 1951 and they built their home on a piece of land adjacent to the home farm in 1960. It was there where they started their family and hosted exchange students from Oakfield-Alabama Schools and Cornell University along with many other domestic and international students and guests.

In 1961, Bob was instrumental in the formation of the Pro-Fac Cooperative, where he held a position on the Board of Directors, then in elected positions as Treasurer, Vice-President and President during his 39 years with the organization. During his time with Pro-Fac, Bob was instrumental in the acquisition of Birdseye Foods Business and the formation of Agrilink, Inc.

Recognized by many organizations, the Jaycees in 1960 named Bob as one of four “Outstanding Young Farmers” in the United States. He was named as an Outstanding Alumnus of the College of Agriculture at Cornell University. The NYS Agricultural Society recognized Bob and his brother Dick as their Distinguished Service Recipients in 2008 for their dedication of a lifetime of service for outstanding contributions to New York State agriculture.

Looking for a way to support his farm, he became a majority owner with Roland “Kick” Kickbush of Batavia Farm Equipment, an International Harvester tractor dealership that helped build the farm’s fleet of tractors and implements. Understanding the need to market the farm’s dairy enterprise of over 400 Holstein cows, he and his brother Dick were part owners, with Alvin Scroger, of Genesee Farms Dairy Stores where the farm’s milk was bottled, made into homemade old-fashioned ice cream and marketed through the Dairy’s chain of stores.  Oliver’s Candy store of Batavia became part of Genesee Farms Dairy stores as Bob and Dick saw the opportunity to increase the reach of the candy throughout Genesee County using the chain of Dairy stores as outlets.

Bob served his community as a member of the YMCA and United Way Boards. As an elected official of the Batavia Town Board for 8 years, Bob was instrumental in negotiating the Town and City waste disposal system.

A real passion of Bob’s was his love of flying. Numerous family trips along with many business trips for the farm were made with Bob as the pilot. Receiving his pilot’s license while at Cornell, Bob bought his first plane in 1962 and for the next 50 years flew his planes across the United States, to Alaska, Canada and Mexico. Bob also traveled the world with his beloved Roberta with the Cornell Adult University.

In 1995, Bob married Roberta Bradley and in 1997 they built their dream home in East Oakfield, New York where they have resided since. The couple has been members and active in the West Barre Methodist Church where Bob served as the Church’s financial secretary.  Bob was a member of the Batavia First United Methodist Church for nearly 75 years where he sang in the choir and served the Church in many other capacities, prior to moving to the West Barre church.

He is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of nearly 28 years, Roberta, his brother, Dr. David (Mary) Call, sister-in-law, Marie “Bee” Call, children, Catherine Desautels, Susan Call, Timothy (Dawn) Call, Steven (Honorable Nicole Bayly) Call, and Elizabeth (James) Riner, and son-in-law, Daniel “Pudgie” Riner. Also survived by Roberta’s children, Mary Beth Reid Pine (Mark Sayles), Michele Reid (late Stephen) Benner, Timothy (Gretchen) Reid, Kelley Anne Reid (Steven) Kinsey.  Dozens of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, affectionately known as “G-Bob,” who adored him, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends, also survive Bob.

Kathleen M. Cutitta, lost her battle with cancer on April 20, 2023. She passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Gordon and Dorothy Foster Amidon. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, David Cutitta, and her precious children David (Irene) Cutitta, Karen (Paul) Gayton, Laurie (Jeff Morien) Cutitta, and Julie (Brian) Boneberg, as well as loving grandchildren Kaylee (Jack Mikols) and Zack Boneberg, Lexi Hoerner, Natalie, Ayden and Keira Odachowski, Jayce Condello and Jason and Leo Cutitta.

Surviving are her sisters Tammy (the late Charles) Augello and Dawn (Paul) Hough, sister-in-law Angie Varco, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ron (Diana) Cutitta. She was predeceased by sister Donna Babcock. Also surviving are her aunt Norma Hale and many nieces, nephews and cousins including a very special cousin/sister Peggy (Frank) Zambito.

Kathy’s family was the most important part of her life. She also loved beautiful fall and spring days, rainy days, music and reading. To really know her, read the words to John Lennon’s song “Imagine.”

After her children had all entered school, she attended and graduated from GCC and enjoyed her work as a Teacher’s Assistant along with her revered coworkers at the NY State School for the Blind until her retirement in 1998.

East Bethany - Mabel Irene Deuel, 87 of East Bethany, passed away on Friday, (April 14, 2023) at the LeRoy Village Residential Health Care Facility, Inc. in LeRoy.

Mrs. Deuel was born October 10, 1935 in Buffalo, a daughter of the late Francis and Irene (Burnside) Kelly.

She was a former parishioner of Mary Immaculate Parish in East Bethany. Mabel was known for her incredible homemade bread, her love of shopping, and always having a Pepsi handy. She enjoyed playing games on her iPad; but most of all she cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In death, Mabel is reunited with her husband Bernard J. Deuel, Sr.; son, Bernard J. Deuel, Jr.; and brothers, John (late Carol) Kelly, Francis (late Dorothy) Kelly, and Edwin Kelly.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah (Marc) Fiegl of Perry, and Penny (Douglas, Sr.) Ferris of East Bethany; grandchildren, Dougie (Jacqueline) Ferris of LeRoy, Heather (Chad) Ferris of Warsaw, and several other grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Skylar Ferris-Bastedo, Emma Paradise, Nathan Ferris, Jacob Ferris, and several other great-grandchildren; great-great-granddaughter, Bailey Elizabeth Silvernail; brother, James (Jody) Torbicki of Cowlesville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Mabel's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the nurses and staff of LeRoy Village Green for the wonderful care they provided over the past several months.

There will be no visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend Mabel's Mass of Christian Burial on Monday (April 24, 2023) at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, 303 East Main Street in Batavia.   Raymond J. Eley, 90, of Batavia, formerly of North Java, went to be with the Lord on April 20, 2023. He was born in North Java on November 29, 1932 to the late William and Pearl (Gibney) Eley. In addition to his parents, Raymond is predeceased by his first wife of 56 years; Eileen Eley.

Raymond served proudly in the United States Army in Korea and retired from Attica Correctional Facility in 1990. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion in Wyoming County.

He is survived by his beloved wife; Pearl (Hawker) Eley; the loving father of Donald (Diane) Eley, Robert Eley, Kenneth (Pamela) Eley, William (Kimberly) Eley, Noreen (Mike) Adams, and Dennis (Amy) Eley; brother of the late Rosemary (Norman) George, Helen (Fran) Kersch, Charles (Barbara) Eley, Bernie (Monica) Eley, Margaret (Neil) Miller, Joan (Frank) Minkle, James (Ingred) Eley; a grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 9; also his extended family Ronnie Hawker, Linda (Ken) Catino and the late Reggie Hawker, along with many wonderful nieces and nephews.  

There will be no prior calling hours. An 11:30AM Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at Holy Family Parish 4316 NY-98, North Java, NY 14113. Ray will be laid to rest in St. Nicholas Cemetery.

Elizabeth Jane Tiffany (March 19, 1920 - March 25, 2023) 
Elizabeth Tiffany (Betty) lived an abundant, wonderful life.  Born in St. Paul, Minnesota to Lillian Olive Flad and George William Flad she attended St. Paul Central High School, Macalester College, and the University of Minnesota where she earned her Masters Degree in social work. Throughout her life she expressed a gift for joyful service to her communities, and worked countless hours in support of the YWCA, Neighborhood House on St. Paul’s West Side, the Schubert Club, P.E.O., House of Hope Presbyterian Church and the Girl Scouts. 

She married Robert Elliott Jr. in 1946.  Betty and Bob had four children: Ann, Robert, Bruce and Katherine.  A  devoted Mom, Betty continued her volunteer work in service to the broader community throughout their marriage.  Following Bob’s death in 1967, Betty went to work full time at St. Paul Ramsey Hospital where she excelled as Director of Volunteer Services, building new bridges of respect and cooperation between the professional staff and the volunteer organizations within the hospital. 

In 1977, Betty married Francis B. Tiffany, and  her family grew to include the Tiffany children, Randy, Anne, and Deborah.  Betty and Frank traveled the world, and loved their home  in Sunfish Lake Village where they tapped Maple Trees, maintained beautiful gardens and enjoyed their many and varied groups of friends. When they weren’t traveling or at home, they could be found at their beloved cabin on the North Shore of Lake Superior where they enjoyed hiking, canoeing and trips in the boundary waters with friends and family alike. Now retired  from St. Paul Ramsey Hospital, Betty continued her life-long service to others through volunteer and church activities. 

Following Frank's death in 2005, Betty remained in Minnesota for five years until she moved to live with her daughter, Kate, and son-in-law, Larry, in Batavia, New York. Kate was honored to be Betty’s caregiver for the rest of Betty's life. Betty and Kate split their time between Batavia and Betty's cabin on the North Shore. Throughout her eighties, nineties and to the end of her life Betty continued her inspirational practice of serving others. Betty volunteered as a Reading Buddy, knitted hundreds of prayer shawls and pairs of mittens, traveled to Zimbabwe on a mission trip, made over 1,000 dresses for the "Little Dresses for Africa" program, led knitting classes, served on church committees in New York and Minnesota, hosted gatherings of all sorts enriching the lives of her fellow travelers with a smile and handshake along the way. Betty loved people, took nothing for granted and woke each morning full of joy for the blessing of a new day. 

Betty died peacefully at her cabin on the North Shore, looking out over Lake Superior, the warmth of the morning sun upon her, her life complete. She loved God, her family, and her life in service to others. And she was really, really fun. She is survived by the seven Elliott/Tiffany children, Ann Elliott, Robert Elliott III (Suzanne), Bruce Elliott (Susan), Kate Riegel (Larry), Randy Tiffany (Linda), Anne Tiffany (Jeff), Deborah Tiffany, and by her 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Betty’s family is deeply grateful to Kate Riegel, who was the linchpin for Betty's care and the engine that allowed Betty's desire to serve the people and communities she loved to continue in her later life. The family is deeply grateful as well  to the wonderful persons on Betty’s caregiving and hospice teams who for years provided loving, joyful, expert care. 

Betty’s service will be held at the United Church of Two Harbors, 531 3rd Ave., Two Harbors, Minnesota on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. The service will immediately follow a visitation at the church at 1:00 P.M. to which all are welcome. In loving memory, Alice (Janette) King Reed Miller passed peacefully at the age of 98 years in Ormond Beach, Florida on Dec 1, 2022. Janette was the daughter of Albert (Leon) King and Marietta Phillips, born on January 2, 1924 in Batavia, New York.

Janette met her husband, John W. Reed in 1938 at a skating rink at the age of 14. They were married 4 years later on December 10, 1942. Janette worked as a switchboard operator to support her husband while he completed his college degree. They went on to have 3 children: Leon, Barbara and Marilyn.

Janette was a strong and resilient woman, following her husband by train to different military bases across the US during his training in World War II. Janette was a gifted seamstress, ahead of her time when she designed and wore her own women’s pants. The family camped for pleasure, traveling across the US and Canada, all the while teaching her children many life lessons. Janette returned to the workplace working for Xerox Corporation, once her children reached middle school to ensure that all of them had the opportunity to attend college. Janette always put her family first.

After the passing of her husband, she married John P. Miller and enjoyed 17 years of companionship and travel before he passed. 
Janette is survived by her son, Leon Reed (Denise) and her daughter, Marilyn Meeske (Steven). She was pre-deceased by her other daughter, Barbara McCoy and brother, Richard King of Batavia, NY. She leaves her 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Alexis Marie Arthur, 41, of Alexander, passed away after a 9 month battle with cancer, on Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at United Memorial Medical Center.

Alexis was born August 15, 1981 in Batavia, a daughter of Gail Davis of Alexander and the late Anthony L. Arthur, who passed away in 1999.

Alexis was a direct service professional for the ARC GLOW and also worked at Marshall's in Batavia.  She enjoyed crafts, painting, drawing, attending art shows, craft fairs and parades.  Alexis will be remembered for always doing things for others.

Alexis was a beautiful soul who was well loved by everyone she encountered.

Surviving along with her mother, Gail, are her step-father, Cedric Davis, Jr.; her boyfriend, Jason Sarvis of Amherst and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded in death by her grandparents, George and Joyce Alberti and Albert and Mary Arthur.

Calling hours are Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the H.E. Turner & Co. Funeral Home, 403 East Main Street, Batavia.  Alexis's Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday at Resurrection Parish - St. Mary's, 18 Ellicott Street in Batavia.

Oakfield ~ Patrick “Pat” Steven Davis, age 58, passed away Monday evening (April 17, 2023) at Rochester General Hospital.

   

  He was born April 30, 1964 in Batavia, a son of Gordon Davis and the late Loretta “Ret” Whalen Davis.

     Pat will be remembered for his love of his family and his love for sports.  He enjoyed watching as well as participating in golfing, basketball, baseball and football.  He also enjoyed shooting at the local rifle range.  He was an avid New York Yankees fan and enjoyed his weekly visits to Batavia Downs Casino.

     He will be sadly missed by his father, Gordy Davis; brothers, David (Stacie) Davis, Richard (Pam) Davis and Steven (Jennifer) Davis; nieces and nephews, Zachery, Matthew, Stephanie, Tyler and Cole; aunts and uncle, Jackie Lapp and Richard “Mike” (Sandy) Whalen, along with many cousins and dear friends.

     In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by his nephew, Jeremy Davis.

     Family and friends may call on Saturday, April 22 from 2 ~ 4 PM at the Falcone Family Funeral & Cremation Service Inc., 8700 Lake St. Rd., LeRoy.  His Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 29 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church Site, 11095 St. Mary’s Street, Pavilion, NY.  Interment will immediately follow in the Pavilion Cemetery.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Pavilion Fire Department or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
