GC Highway Department

From Genesee County Highway Department:

North Bergen Road between Merrill Road and Bird Road in Byron will be closed effective immediately for approximately two weeks for bridge repair work. It will not be open to local traffic.

The public will be notified when the road reopens.

From the Genesee County Highway Department:

The bridge over Dry Bridge Road in Alexander will be closed effective 7 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8 until further notice.

The public will be notified when it reopens.

Public Notice

Please be advised that the Genesee County Highway Department will be paving South Street Road from Route 20 to the County line beginning Monday, Oct. 22. 

The road will be closed for thru traffic. Local traffic, including school buses and emergency vehicles, will still have access to the roadway during paving.
