Thank you Howard for continuing to follow this story as it affects a number of family members and friends of the victim.

Mr Spencer, you have no idea what Ol' Reggie is or is not doing. I am telling you now, Mr Wilson isn't going to "plea" out to anything he is not guilty of. Mr Wilson may not be an "innocent" man.. BUT he is NOT GUILTY of these crimes of which he is charged. He has a long history, all of which he has plead guilty to on every account that he was. You know nothing of the inside story, you know only what these papers print. Which most may be true (like his history)but fail to mention anything that proves his innosense. Which he will do. The papers do their jobs to entertain the public. And when a man with such a history is found not guilty they will i'm sure do a good job on then gossiping about how flawed the system was. Mr Hawkins, i am truly sorry for what happened to that women. Unfortunetly she is not the only victim here. It's a shame really that people fall to easily for the printed word.

Liz, I would always be happy to interview the accused and get his side of the story. Generally, defense attorneys discourage their clients to not talk to the media. If you could convince Mr. Wilson (since you seem to know him) to go against the advice of his attorney, I would willingly interview him and write up as truthfully as possible his version of the story.

Howard,
What an excellent idea, if the man is innocent his story should be told!!!
--------------------------
Ms. Fuchs,
Enlighten us all! Explain why he was caught(allegedly) driving the victims car! Tell us all what "proof" the police have against Mr. Wilson and what "proof" Mr. Wilson has as to his innocence!!
I would wholeheartedly support the man if there is reasonable doubt of his guilt!
Please share because, as Howard has said Mr. Wilson's attorney most likely will not allow him to speak to the press.
If I remember, Mr. Wilson has until Feb. 26 to respond to the plea offer...has he made up his mind?

Mr Wilson wants his story told, however given our flawed legal system it is true that it may not be the best of ideas. I have spoken to Mr Wilson as well as his fiance and they are currently considering it. No he has not made up his mind on the plea as of yet. It is a tough decision to make. He is not guilty of these charges but more than likely could be convicted solely on his history. So choose a smaller number of years for something you didn't do because you no longer have trust in our judicial system. Or take your chances at court with the evidence that you do have and try to regain faith in your peers. I would love to tell his story for him, but i will never be one to assume i know all aspects of any one person's situation. That is something only he can tell to his whole truth. And whether or not it be told through media, or only on the stand. It will be told. All i hope for is that people see him for the man that he is here and now. See only the hard evidence of these truly unfortunate crimes that occurred and place the blame where it belongs. I will keep you informed on his decision to speak to you Mr Owens. Thank you for those truly interested in the truth
