A car accident in Bethany is requiring the aid of Mercy Flight. A 21-year-old male has been ejected from a vehicle and rescue efforts are underway.

From what I understand from someone who knew the person, he was drinking and driving, hit a patch of gravel and then was ejected, who knows about a seatbelt. The driver is in ICU.

I know the driver. Unsure of
I know the driver. Unsure of exactly how the accident happened but, he is still in the ICU and doing okay although in pretty rough shape. We're all praying for him.

As the update stated, accident was at corner of Little Canada Ext (created a login a couple days ago to answer finally got verified...). One of these days we'll get a Helipad installed on that curve on 63 to make it easier for Mercy Flight...
