Reader Amanda Bisig sent in this photo with this note:
My dad (John Bisig) sent me these photos that he took around 4:30 p.m. today, and asked me to send them in. They were taken on East Road in Batavia, where he was combining corn today. The photo you uploaded a few days ago of the Reinke irrigation system from the corner of Transit and Chapel roads in Byron is also owned by the same farm (My-T-Acres) -- and we live in the farmhouse across the street from that one you photographed. Thought you might enjoy the photo!

Amanda, please thank your father for sharing it.

That really is an awesome photograph. I love photography because it can capture a moment in time to be looked at and poured over. Those corn stalks, those rainbows, those clouds, that very moment, none of them will never be there again exactly as they are in that photo. If it weren't for the photo, it would all be lost to the past.
If my eyes are good enough, I believe there are three rainbows in this picture. There's definitely one to the right and possibly another one between the truck and the irrigation boom. Anyone else see them?
