Recently, Phelps had been active and outspoken on the issue of the STAMP project in Alabama.

A really good guy, loved his
A really good guy, loved his family, his community, his church and his work. He left far too early. Bryan touched many lives. He will be missed greatly. That band in heaven just picked up a darn good trumpeter.
