While you may still be thinking about Halloween candy, the folks at Oliver's need to think decidedly further ahead -- like Christmas. Candy cane production started today. Here's a few photos of the process.

Bob, dirty gloves and dirty hands are the same thing. I don't believe there was any dirty anything going on here. True professional candy makers wash their hands way more than necessary and I believe in my heart that the red white and blue blooded candy makers at Oliver's Candy of Batavia, New York are professionals.
