A person is reportedly pestering people in Austin Park, Batavia. The subject is wearing all-white clothing and has a teardrop tattoo under an eye. Police are responding.

Hmmm-I wonder if it's the same guy we saw taking a whizz "behind" the Austin Park sign on corner of Washington and Jefferson? I say "behind" because it's not really hidden from houses on Porter and the people that would be at the splash pad.... this was around 8pm Saturday night. He was wearing glasse,a white shirt,and shorts.
