Hi, there! Is there somewhere where I can find the "rules" in regard to purchasing these coupons? I purchased one about a month ago, and I had my money refunded, because I had already purchased one for the same business during the previous month? I don't want to break the rules and snatch up a coupon that I'm not supposed to purchase (particularly if there's someone else who wants it) -- but I can't seem to find any information about this? Thanks!

Thanks!

Oh, dear. I didn't know the "must be used in 30 days" part? If there is no expiration date on the certificate, will it still be honored?

It's really up to each individual business owner. Some care a great deal, others not at all.

The main thing that can really upset a business owner is trying to combine offers, or negotiating a different price, or more than one person at the table presenting certificates on the same sitting; also, the same person coming back twice or more in a short period of time.

I get very few complaints from owners about the 30 day rule. But this program works better when businesses get out of it a steady flow of faces they've never seen before with a few of them spending over the value of the GC.

I'll start using the link again (don't really know how it "disappeared") but the key components are (A) you can't buy a gift certificate from the same business within six months from your latest purchase; and (B) use the coupons within 30 days. Business owners don't often like to fool with coupons people bought a year ago. (Be cognizant of their perspective.)
